Still keeping it simple.

My little message can't get much simpler than it is, Walk for your health. Walking can help prevent the onset of diabetes. Walking can help control diabetes. Giving to diabetes research organizations can help develop cures. Help yourself to live healthier, take a loved one along to show how much you care and go walking.

Saw you on Hwy17 this morning just north of the Waverly Minute Mart. Man, what a crazy sight! Your buddy (Nice) was jumping around and having a great time. I Googled you up and found your website. My wife has had Type I since age nine. She's taken up running for her health and loves it. Now she competes in 1/2 marathons. I'll take your advice and start running with her. She's doing her part to stay healthy so I guess I can, too. If you pass over the big bridge (Sidney Lanier bridge) in Brunswick, stop by the Department of Natural Resources office on the side opposite of the Jekyll Island entrance. Lot's of people there would love to talk with you. Well take care and be safe! Todd
